New Femarelle Study

A new study, conducted by Professor Andrea Genazzani, President of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, has been published in the September issue of Menopause, the Journal of the North American Menopause Society. The study, Brain-region responsiveness to DT56a (Femarelle) administration on allopregnanolone and opioid content in ovariectomized rats, examined the effect of Femarelle® on Beta-endorphin and Allopregnanolone levels in the brain. These neurotransmitters are responsible for the reduction of mood swings, nervousness, and improvement of overall well being in postmenopausal women.
